Doc’s Best™ Pulp Canal Sealer Red or White Is the only safe antibiofilms treatment for root canals. The patent pending ingredients are proven to destroy Strep. mutans located deep within the infected dental tubules. When a perforation of the root has occurred Doc’s Best Pulp Canal Sealer’s ingredients will destroy the bacteria, thus giving the body the conditions to heal itself. Cases will not fail when this product is used. The Red PCS: slow setting time and higher flow capacity, Indicated for posterior complicated canal morphology The White PCS: fast setting time and higher consistence, Indicated for anterior simple canal morphology Method of treatment for placing posts and replacement of posts: Step 1: If the root canal is not sound, we recommend retreating the tooth endodontically using DOC’S BEST™ Pulp Canal Sealer mixed with Eugenol and gutta percha points. Step 2: A post space is prepared using appropriate tools to remove either a failing previously placed post or by removing gutta percha. Note: DOC’S BEST™ White Cement is outstanding to treat internal root resorption and problems with re-decay. Phosphoric cement are not indicated for perforations of the pulpal floor of teeth. All DOC’S BEST™ Product line are biofilm resistant, however phosphate cements, ideal for indirect pulp caps and cementations, are inappropriate for repairing perforations in the pulp chambers and roots. A thick mix of DOC’S BEST™ Pulp Canal Sealer may be used to repair perforations. Step 3: Clean canal of softened tooth as much as possible using slow speed rotary instruments, files and endodontic spoon excavators. Avoid perforations. Step 4: Only if a perforation occurs on the pulpal floor, Doc’s Best™ Pulp Canal Sealer may be used in a thick putty-like consistency over perforations of the pulpal floor. Step 5: Impregnation of the canal walls with Cu-seal (slurry mix of COPALITE and DOC’S BEST Phosphate cement). Remove excess with paper point and let dry. Step 6: Cement the post and fill the pulp chamber with DOC’S BEST cement. PDF Instruction sheet |
